數位科技

• 資訊技術（Information Technology，IT）是指用來收集、處理、保護和儲存資料資訊的技術，主要包括硬體、軟體（電腦程式）及電腦網路等。另一個名詞，資訊與通訊科技（Information and Communication Technology，ICT）則是一個更廣泛的概念，除了涵蓋 IT 的內容外，並擴展至與資訊相關的辦公設備、通訊設備及儀器。ICT 不僅涉及資訊的處理，還涵蓋資訊的傳遞與使用，成為 21 世紀經濟發展的基礎和社會變革的推動力，例如WFH（Work From Home）、遠距教學、電子銀行及電子政府等活動，皆可透過網際網路連接來進行。（Celebic & Rendulic, 2011; Farhadi, Ismail, & Fooladi, 2012)。

• 數位科技（Digital Technology）係為資訊、運算、通訊及通訊與連結科技與技術的組合。目前在運算、儲存、頻寬和軟體應用價格/效率效能上，快速地進步的情況下，正讓眾多數位科技，正在轉型由雲端運算的服務進行提供，同時也促使越來越多的組織的營運過程中的價值鏈，得以透過數位相互連結與相互操作。基本上，數位科技可分為兩大類：

  1. 主要數位科技：已經建立並成熟的技術，幾乎在每個行業中已被常規使用，例如：行動通訊技術、5G、社群網絡、雲端運算、大數據、 感測器和物聯網（Internet of Things，IoT）
  2. 次要數位科技：包括積層製造（3D 列印）、機器人、無人機、穿戴式技術、全息影像、虛擬和擴增實境、人工智慧、深度學習、臉部和語音識別等，
